Your personal data will only be used for internal purposes and will not be given or sold to third parties. Our data collection is registered with the Swiss Federal Data Protection and Information Commissioner (FDPIC).

This privacy policy applies to all sites operated by AG!SSONS and to offline data processing.

Collection of your data:

We collect your personal data as well as your activities on our web pages or third party services integrated into them such as Facebook or Twitter. We combine this data and enhance it with aggregated and statistical data.

As part of our services, we process the following information about you: gender, name, date of birth, addresses, email addresses, phone numbers, activities and registrations on our websites and your interaction with us on social networks. But also statistical and pattern data about potential interests, participation and voting behavior. We also collect payment information directly from our supporters (for donations or online campaigns)

AG!SSONS guarantees the right to the deletion of all stored personal data. This excludes data that we are required to store by law. This applies in particular to payment receipts, which we are required to keep for 10 years in accordance with the Swiss Code of Obligations.

By giving us your e-mail address, you can receive various information by e-mail, for example on the progress of the appeal or information on the further course of events. This authorization can be revoked at any time.

We also guarantee that you have the right to rectify any data stored on your person.

The improvement of internal organizational processes or changes in legislation may make it necessary to adapt our data protection declaration. We ask you to read the privacy policy regularly.
